Gladdening The Mind
Tsering will be teaching a Buddhist approach to creating a positive mind and a happier life.
Tsering Paldron is a buddhist teacher and close student of Ringu Tulku Rinpoche. She is currently visiting the UK and has kindly agreed to visit us here in Bosham. Tsering has been teaching and traveling since 1992. With Rinpoche’s blessing, Bodhicharya Portugal was founded in 2011, and Tsering has been in charge there ever since.
Tsering was born in Lisbon and travelled to Brussels in 1973, at the age of 19, where she first met with Tibetan Buddhism. She did a three years’ retreat in the 80’s in France, under the guidance of Dudjom Rinpoche and Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, and under the supervision of Pema Wangyal Rinpoche. Read More About Tsering

Love & Attachment
RINGU TULKU RINPOCHE
- A Buddhist Perspective
In our western world, the words 'love' and 'attachment' are often used synonymously. However, love and attachment from a Buddhist perspective have two very different meanings. The Buddha taught us that one leads to greater happiness, the other to greater suffering. During this years visit, Rinpoche will discuss the differences, and how we might create greater happiness and peace in our lives by cultivating one and diminishing the other.
