The group is under the guidance of Tibetan lama Ringu Tulku Rinpoche, who lives in Sikkim and visits the UK each summer. To find out more about Rinpoche click here. Below are other teachers who visit BBG groups and visit us here at Bosham.
Tenzin Peljor
Tenzin has visited us at Bosham since 2010 and we hope he continues to return on a regular basis.
German born Tenzin Peljor has varied spiritual experience of the Catholic Church, Hinduism, Shamanism and Sufism. After coming to Buddhism in 1996, he trained for four years in the New Kadampa tradition but became disillusioned with this school.
In 2002 he made contact with Ringu Tulku Rinpoche who advised him to request the Gelong ordination from HH Dalai Lama, which was granted by His Holiness and the Sangha of Namgyal Monastery in 2006. In 2007 Ringu Tulku invited him to become resident monk at his Berlin Centre. He has studied Buddhist philosophy in Italy and visits prison inmates at their request.
Tsering Paldron
Tsering Paldron has visited us at Bosham on a number of occasions, most recently in 2024, and we are keen to see her return on a regular basis.
Tsering Paldron was born in Lisbon, Portugal and travelled to Brussels at the age of 19 where she met Lama Kunzang. Her spiritual journey started in 1973.
She did a three years’ retreat in the 80’s in France and has received teachings from many Tibetan lamas. She has been teaching and traveling for the past 20 years and has written several books (none of them yet published in English). She gives regular courses, seminars, talks and meditation classes and is in charge of Bodhicharya Portugal.
